Billing and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so a question about a charge, an invoice or a refund is usually answered fastest at paddle.net — look your purchase up with the email address you paid with. You can write to us instead if you would rather; the Refund Policy sets out what applies.

Privacy and your data

Requests about your personal data — access, correction, deletion, export — go to the same address. What we hold and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.
