Refund Policy

Last updated 24 August 2026

Short version: nothing is ever charged to you automatically beyond the subscription you chose, you can cancel whenever you like, and you have 14 days from a first payment to change your mind. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, at paddle.net.

Try it before you pay

The Demo plan exists so nobody has to buy anything to find out whether this is useful. It needs no card, includes a one-time credit grant, and for your first month switches on the paid features the Demo plan otherwise withholds. It switches those features on and does nothing else: the Demo plan's usage limits and its set of assistant models both apply throughout, and the month lifts neither. We have priced the grant to be enough for a genuine evaluation rather than a teaser, and we would much rather you spent it before deciding.

Subscriptions

Credits

Credits meter assistant usage, and reach your account two ways. A paid plan includes an allowance that renews every week as part of the subscription. Beyond it, you can top up a pre-paid wallet yourself — and that wallet is strictly pre-paid: no automatic top-up, no overage billing, no way to end a month owing us money you did not choose to spend. When the allowance and the wallet are both out, the assistant pauses and everything else keeps working.

How to ask

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Paddle and may appear on your statement under their name. The quickest route is paddle.net, where you can look up your purchase with the email address you paid with and raise the request directly.

You can also email hello@aeviamodeler.ai from the address on the account, saying briefly what happened; we aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces any right you have under mandatory consumer law, including Chilean consumer-protection law and, where it applies to you, EU or UK rights of withdrawal for distance contracts. Where those give you more than this policy does, they win.
